Refund & Cancellation Policy: Discovery Call Booking Application Fee
The fee you pay to book a discovery call is an application fee. It reserves time with a member of the Baweja Media team and moves you ahead of people who are not ready to act.
The application fee is non-refundable. Once paid, it will not be refunded, including if you:
1. Change your mind after paying;
2. Miss your call, join late, or cancel;
3. Do not complete the application form;
4. Expect a one-to-one with Sannidhya, an audit, a consultation, or done-for-you solutions. This call is a discovery call with our team, as stated on the page, in the video, and at checkout;
5. Decide not to join a program after the call.
If you join a program: the application fee is credited toward it.
The only exceptions:
1. If our team cannot hold your call and cannot offer you another slot, we return the fee.
2. If you were charged twice, or money was deducted for a failed payment, the extra amount is returned.
Returns under these exceptions go back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
